The Spanish Civil War - pg. 33

All property deeds were set on fire, land was declared
communal and money abolished. These local declarations
of independence against the state were usually suppressed
with heavy casualties. The anarchists accused the
socialists of being implicated in the repression because
of their participation in the government. In return, the
socialists accused the anarchists of undermining the
Republic and playing into the hands of the right.
